Cancellation Policy

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.
Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Check-in: 2pm, possibly earlier if the room is available. All rates are excluding 5% city tax and exclude breakfast. Please note that we have a minimum stay of 2 nights during the weekends. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a charge of one night�s accommodation. Approximately 7 days prior to arrival, Property Continental will get authorization of your card for the cost of the first night. When authorization cannot be obtained for the credit card, the room/bed cannot be guaranteed. You will be contacted to provide further details. Please note that authorization is only meant to guarantee the room. Upon arrival you may pay either in cash or with credit card. Please let us know by email of any changes in the amount of guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, otherwise full amount will be charged.
