Stayed for 2 weeks in February. Great location. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Clean. Staff were friendly. Chilled out environment. No free wifi. There was a lot of long term guests that were working or studying so it was hard to meet people/other backpackers. All in all a nice hostel to stay at.

Great location & made some fun friends while there ...I will be back!

The best and probably only good thing about this hostel is the location. Hostel was quite clean - Showers are in need of repair, - beds pretty bad (and i have spent the last 5 months in hostels). - claim to have wifi, this is true but you have to pay for it, no where else have i ever had to pay for wifi, - The main issue i believe is the hostels rules regarding NO ALCOHOL. Why they have done this i cant understand and not to mention it on the info page when booking is anyone's guess.

Paid fully for a couple of weeks

Kitchen and common area ok , seemed clean enough . Location excellent as close to bus station and a 2 minute walk into town and Coogee Beach. Now for the bad- 4 bed dorm very small , dark and smelt awful. Also a lot of long termers who thought they had the run of the place so atmosphere and meeting people was a zero. Paid for my stay but slept at a friends house as could not face those bedrooms . I'm 31 , travelling alone

Nice Clean & Quiet Hostel. No fan in my room, terrible nights sleep whist here. No drinking in hostel, which as a grown man I like a few beers to relax and socialise.

Location was great, right on the beach and bus access outside your door. There's also a great little laundry around the corner that will wash and dry a bag of clothes for $10. Beds were not very comfortable and most people were long-termers.
