It might only get 75% scores due to a few average reasons but the location alone makes it deserve 100. If you want the beach, and Coogee then here's your spot. I'd stay again for sure

Great people in the hostel, free breakfast is awesome, nice common room. Only 3 keys for our 4 man room so always 1 person without a key which meant we had to keep the door unlocked or someone knocking on the door all the time. Such a nice location and people, although staff are rarely around, double booking is quite frequent. One guy had to sleep on a mattress on the floor because they had double booked him. The people i met were great though and it was all very friendly so i would stay again.

Dorm room didn't look as if it had been cleaned in months.

I loved my time at this hostel. The staff was super helpful and I could extend my stay easily. Room was clean and nice, only beds have been quite old and one missed a ladder.

The hostel itself is im a really good location although far from the city its very accessible. The hostel is really clean but the wifi is REALLY expensive, the owner needs to do free wifi!!!!! Its very expensive as well for what you get! Oven and hobs could do with replacing as there very old and temperamental. Overall i really enjoyed my stay i met some really lovely people. I will return if the prices reduce.

The bathrooms were pretty filthy but for the price it was fine. The rooms itself was quite small and without a ladder on the top bunk it was awkward to get in and out of bed, and would have been helpful having more electricity sockets.

Daniel, the host - is an awesome guy and always happy to help you out - in my case even with a job! The hostel is right at coogee beach and you only have to Cross the street, so it's an awesome location. Staff is friendly and will tend to your needs. Would again.

It's loud outside on the weekends but the hostel itself is pretty quiet. Rooms were a bit smelly but a lot of the people live here permanently. Great location ! Highly recommend the coastal walk to Bondi beach!

Hot water is not nearly hot enough, and the room is very cold, living there is suffering during winter time or rainly days.
