la verdad que a la entrada parece que te estas metiendo en una ratonera pero los cuartos estan muy bien, la cocina y el salon pequeños pero esta en un sitio inmejorable. el precio es muy bueno y la gente del hostel tambien. Yo me sentí como en una casa con mis amigos

The place is dirty, there is no safe, poor equipment, no WIFI, and only one shower. The hostel is in reality an apartment with 3 bedrooms rearranged to welcome people.

This hostel is not the one that I expected... The kitchen is not well equiped !! There is no oven so you can't cook easily !! And if you are starting to many electrical instrument the electricity fail... It's not really clean. It's situated in La Rambla which is a good quarter to go out but you have to be careful to stealers, prostitued and drug dealers... I think you can have a better hostel...

It was very dirty and I had no where to store my things. The smell was terrible and the kitchen was beyond dirty.My bed had a ton of white stains.

The only thing to be aware of is you have to scrutinize the building closely when you are nearby because there is no indication whatsoever besides a small note on the intercom-however, if you do this you will find the building OK, and if you\'ve been there once it\'s easy and the location is incredible. Aside from that nothing is of particular note, it\'s kind of dirty, but not any worse than most hostels, and I found myself waiting on the bathrooms a lot, but it was cheap and well worth it.

I can't tell so much. I've stayed there so few. But nice accomodation for cheap price. Not that clean but you should go to five star hotel if u want a clean place :P

Grate location, clean rooms. Only one washbasin for the whole hostel! Very small common space.

HOstel was and smelled dirty, I am not convinced I had clean bed sheets. The only sofa in the hall way was dirty and one of the employees slept there at night. the bathroom smelled dirty as if they did not clean it thoroughly. Worst hostel I´ve been in so far. Thank God I only booked a night there. also the rooms were not secure there was no key or way to lock the room when you leave and the rooms connected with each other- did not feel secure at all. This hostel is not cool at all.

Los que llevan el hostel son bastante bordes y dan un trato regular,nos querían cobrar dinero por tardar media hora más de la hora de salida,no dan factura,el edificio es sucio y el hostel tambien.No tiene nada para guardar las maletas y no te dan llave de tu habitaciión,pero para 10 euros la noche...El cuarto de baño estaba bastante sucio el suelo.

This is a great little low key hostel that is located close to the city center and the water. I think it is an old apartment that has been converted into a hostel. I was very happy with both the facilities and the atmosphere. Next time I am in Barcelona, I plan to return to this hostel.

I stayed at Cool Hostel in January 2012. I am very satisfied with the staff and location and other facilities like laundry, kitchen. What I mostly liked in hostel was that it is not owned by large company, but it is run by several girls, who really make all efforts to keep the hostel on the good level. It is not a rich hostel, so I also liked it. The price is really low and it is very safe because reception works for 24 hours.

Good location and friendly staff. But there is only one toilet with a basin... so u have to wait in the morning for washing face.

the staff is just great! they help in every situation and also are very friendly. I\'ll for surely recommend this hostel to all people who would like to stay in cheap place in barcelona and concurrently would like to have some fun during their stay:)
