I have to say this is the worst hostel I have even lived in. I have been put in small room on the top floor which is very hot , but without Air Condition facilities at all, as a result I think you can not stay there in the day time.While I stay there, it is difficult to find any staff even in the day time , So while I check out on the last day morning at 9:10 am, I could not find any staff to return the door key and get back the deposit money... really a nightmare indeed.

Good Day Jian, I'm really sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at our Lodge. We are a Backpacker Hostel and unfortunately do not have air conditioners in our rooms, we are not a hotel. I will however disagree with you whereby you say you left at 9:10am and did not find any staff member, as I was at the Lodge before 9am checking on rooms. I am once again truly sorry your stay was as miserable as you say. I suggest next time you do book with any establishments, don't do a last minute booking, as you did with us, but take your time before in advance, as you will not get what you are looking for, example as with us, and I am sure your were looking for a Hotel and NOT a hostel.
