Well organised, tidy and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere.

Great friendly atmosphere always busy, place is basically brand new. nice walk into the shopping district along the River and not too far from the metro.

Super kitchen, free computer to use, free wifi, nice common area and breakfast included till midday.

The Hostel is in a close location to the city centre, around 2 km away. The staff was an absolute delight and Mathieu was simply fantastic. The facilities are all there, from free wi-fi, to a computer in the hall, breakfast in the morning and a bar that sells great wine! The beds are quite comfortable and the cleanliness is evident.

Probably the best hostel that I've stayed at so far for so many reasons. The people who manage the hostel (Pierre, Matthieu) there are so nice and are willing to help you with anything and everything! Free breakfast is always a plus too, and food and drinks are cheap. Just a cool down to earth hostel, worth the stay if you are in Lyon.

Great staff. Location isn't walkable from train station but easy to get to via the metro. Big rooms with comfy beds, but no lock on door. Have a large locker to fit all your things in though. Good wifi access.

The location is ok close to the subway and ten minutes walking to downton. It was very clean and the staff is really helpful and kind. there was 2 problems for me. when you want to go to the bathroom you have to cross the hole hostel, is not that big but could be annoying in the middle of the night. But the worst thing for me was the cold. it is extremely cold inside. perhaps in summer would be the best place to be but i was in december and you cant even take your coat off when you come in.

Very friendly staff great that the breakfast is 7-12 and check out was also late and you can still use all the facilities after check out. Good communal/bar area. It was a bit freezing in the rooms but just asked for another blanket

It was way too cold. the heating was non existent! i was wearing jeans and a coat and i was under my 2 blankets and it was still cold!! ridiculous.

This hostel was amazing! I came with three friends to Lyon for a Black Keys Concert, and the owner, Michael I think his name was, was so cool that he even drove us to the concert when his shift was over. The rooms were clean, hostel not too busy, and staff hilarious.

An awesome hostel! Great, friendly staff, super clean and secure. Very fun hostel.. The location is ok but the metro is good and walking is always fun by a river :) Lyon+Cool and Bed= AWESOME!!
