The hotel was probably nice, thing is, when we showed up, the receptionist informed us he didn't have a booking under our name. We checked our accounts and had indeed been debited. The room was advertised for £42 on the website but really was £80 so we couldn't afford it. So we were left outside in the cold with nowhere to go, thank goodness we had some friends in London who could accomodate us for the night.
