I recommend this place to everyone. Great place to stay and discover Horn Head and other parts of Donegal. The place has its own character and really positive atmosphere. We stayed there only for two days but I know already that I will come back very soon. The owner of the place gave us great tips on what we should see and where we should go to get the most from our short trip. I always find something interesting and new when I stay in Corcreggan Mill.

This was a very enjoyable stay for me. Friendly staff, great quality and a very relaxing atmosphere. You will need a car or know the bus routes to get there though. Just contact them in advance and they should give you that info.

We had the most fantastic stay here. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well decorated. The staff were friendly and super helpful in recommending fantastic walks in the area. I only wish we could have stayed more nights!!

For the first time in two years I have been in Ireland, I really felt I was in Ireland. We were lost between green fields, mountains, and an amazing seafront. As we came to take a rest after busy times in Dublin, the place was idyillic. The host, Brendan reserved us a nice welcoming. Really passionated by his work, he gave us interest for his land. The interior of the B&B is really nice: rooms are lovely, you can feel at home in the kitchen or the living room. We hardly recommanded this place.

We reserved a room for 2 days but then decided to stay 6 days and in the end we didn´t want to leave at all. Dunfanaghy and the area around is very special. Beaches, amazing cliffsas ,challenging mountains . The hostel itself is clean with many possiblilities for relaxing. But what really made our stay so nice was the kindness of our host. With great competence, Brendon, who wrote a walking-guide for the area, explained a lot. We come back bc. Muckish M. didn´t want us to all the way... .

Many thanks for staying with us but particularly for taking the trouble to post a review and for your the nice comments about us, the hostel and the area. We enjoyed your company very much and I'm very happy that you stayed long enough to get a real benefit from soaking up the culture and scenery, and, having a nice rest as well. I hope to see you back again, even if only to enjoy the views from the top of Muckish. Best regards, Brendan.

So good we decided to stay an extra night. The kitchen facilities upstairs are like being at home, and the fire in the upstairs sitting room was a real plus. Excellent as a base for exploring the north coast of Donegal. The host was most informative, friendly and welcoming, providing a wealth of information on the local area.

Mathew. Many thanks for your kind comments. I find it particularly heartwarming that the Mill House and/or the incredibly interesting and beautiful scenery, or perhaps my own enthusiasm for this very special area, may have caused you to extend your stay. I'm really glad that you enjoyed your stay and I hope you will visit us again. Best regards, Brendan.
