the hotel was poorly disgusting! we had ants in the room, the toilets were not clean and the bathroom was flooded, the warm water at the shower barely worked. the breakfast was poor with 2 very little rough breads. there was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. The WIFI didn't work although it was written the hotel has one. The staff was good but it seems they don't have the tools to help to someone. The hostel was disappointing refers to HI standard, which we owend.

Nice place. Very big. Good help from the staff for further travelling. I had problems with almost every tap, but everything else was very fine. Breakfast and dinner were included; perfect! The room I was in, was very quiet. Beds were good, everything was clean. I can totally recommend it!

I had a really enjoyable time at this hostel. The staff are excellent (especially Julia who helped me with everything from booking my next hostel, checking bus times and helping me find out all other possible things I'd need) and the hostel is self is such a bargain! Only 40 pesos! The dinner I got was very good and they do offer coffee and something else for breakfast which I found to be better than hostels that say they offer breakfast!

The staff at this hostel especially the female (i cant remember her name) working behind reception) went above and beyond to find out information for us. She spent a lot of time online and on the phone to bus companies organizing a climbing trip for us to La Ola. She also spoke excellent English.
