The nicest hostel I have ever stayed at! Very easy to find, great location, lovely rooms, nice and quite environment, very friendly staff, good facilities. What more can one ask for on a holiday? I would definitely stay there again;-)

Very good hostel.

I had a great experience, a well situated, functional and friendly hostel. Enjoyed hanging out and eating in the kitchen area particularly, someone cooked an amazing rice dish...

Corner Hostel was great! The staff was extreamly friendly and willing to help. The hostel is located just 2 minutes walk from a bus stop and there are plently of places to grab food near by, most of which are fairly inexpensive. Hands down I would stay here again!

A superb hostel, with excellent standards of cleanliness and service. Great location also. If you plan to stay at a hostel in Malta you should make it this one.

I definitely enjoy(ed) the stay at Corner Hostel and didn't hesitate to extend my stay. The staff is very nice and always helpful. It has the biggest and best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a hostel so far - so cooking is a pleasure there (in addition to the good quality of fresh vegetables you get in small shops or from travelling traders not far from the hostel). Also the hostel is clean and tidy. I highly recommend this Hostel and would of course come here again!

Staff very helpful and hostel very well structured and clean.also good location, very close to bus stop and good restaurants.

There are simply not enough superlatives to explain how well the owner, James, has set up this hostel. In every aspect he has excelled...matching plates, bowls, knives....first quality, custom made bunk beds with shelves and a wired reading light at each bed...brand new everything...all new remodel, but he kept the art deco railings and tiles...nice touch. If you are going to Sliema and do not stay here, you will be making a mistake.

I believe the Hostel could offer a small heater for the night and also because the room was a little bit humid due to the bathroom and to keep the window open would be too cool. In general we liked it very much!

The review I read on this hostel were a very good guide. The place is exceptionally clean and very well run. It loses marks in for atmosphere but, in fairness, it was a pretty quiet time when I was there. My suggestions to the owners would be to put a more comfortable couch in the common area and perhaps some bean bags and perhaps turn the temperature up a few degrees so that it's enjoyable to just relax in there. Put some pictures and travel maps and things up to change the vibe.

The same as many reviews. The hostel is very clean and tidy. It just lacks a bit of character and felt a bit deserted a lot of the time. I wasn't there during a particularly busy time though.
