I do not know where to begin, this hostel is AMAZING. Jose Maria is a wonderful host. He met us as soon as we got off the subway and gave us a quick tour as well as tips for traveling in Barcelona. It is located in Sant Andreu, a lovely little town just 15 mins by subway outside of Bareclona. If you stay here, you must eat at Versailles. It is so good and so cheap. Jose Maria knows everyone in the town and will make sure you have a good stay. The hostel was very very clean and very very homey.

this is the best hotel i have even stayed all over the world. it's actually not a typical hostel but a real house. and it's home away from home. Jose Maria and his mother are so very kind and helpful. i really enjoyed the stay. if i come to Barcelona again, i will definitely come back to coroleuhouse.

It's the best house I have ever stayed...The staffs are so kind and warmhearted, they helped me a lot with every single teeny-weeny request... The place is clean and tidy with a peaceful and calm neighborhood. You can find everything in the kitchen and bathroom...there are lockers with keys for guest...There is an amazing floriated droplight I liked so much...I lived in a mixed room in garret and made lots friends there...

This place is SUPER GOOD. The facilities (public area)and atmosphere is more like B&B or personal house. My friend and I stay in a twin private room. The room is not big but very clean. The host is SUPER FRIENDLY, and he gave us many advices about site seeing and restaurants. He even give us his number so that we can call for help anytime. I must stop writing good words, otherwise there will be too many people who want to stay here and I can't book when I visit Barcelona again :P

Jose Maria is a wonderful host and you feel as if you are living in your own home (unless there is a big group of other travelers there with you). The house and street are gorgeous. Only problem was the scary and loud stairs up to the dorm, just be careful! But, otherwise, nice place and on the same line on the metro as most places we wanted to go. Nice to escape all the tourist traps out in this hostel :) Sadly, we had rain but there is a nice outside sitting area and balcony!

By far this one of the best hostels I've ever stayed! The owner Jose Maria is a real gentleman, who can help you out with whatever! He can even pick you up when you're lost if you send him your location... I didn't get lost but wow, what an amazing offer! On this hostel you will feel like staying there your whole stay just enjoying the "Home Sweet Home" feeling that it has. There's everything in there, even facilities for cooking and washing your clothes. Everything INCREDIBLY CLEAN. Love it!

We are a family of 5 and this is the best hostel we have ever stayed in. There are only 4 bedrooms in the property and therefore it feels like you are renting a whole house. The facilities were spotless, a cleaner came in every day and our host Jose was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is set in a very quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the metro, which takes you into the centre of Barcelona in less than 20 minutes. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

It's a veery lovely hostel, me and my girlfriend have really enjoyed our stay and would LOVE to come back again! It just feels so homley and although it is a bit outside city centre it is situated in such a great neigbourhood. AWSOME!

Absolutely amazing stay! After getting lost in Sant Andreu - Jose came to find us - what other hostel would do that!? Jose Marie was also so helpful! He gave us so many useful tips to make our stay in Barcelona the best it could have been! Beautiful area - even if it is a bit far out from the city it has amazing underground connections and you get to see a piece of the real Barcelona! The hostel itself was very clean and other travelers were lovely too! Can not wait to visit again! :)

It was a very great hostel, but if you looking to go out and experience the nightlife I recommend something closer to the city. Unless its the weekend when the metro runs longer. Staff is very nice and free laundry. Very clean hostel with a personal locker. There are local bars, but from the real night life of Barcelona it is about 20 minutes away via metro.

This is the best hostel I have lived so far and I would say it is more like a home for travellers rather than a hostel. The host is nice and helpful. The location is little bit far from the center of Barcelona but that is exactly the point you have to choose it as you can experience the true part of Barceonla and feel what they usually do. That little bit" far" is worth indeed. I would choose this home for sure if I travel Barcelona again.
