it was very near copacabana, we went on foot everytime because Rio's subway is very expensive, it was so clean that we smelled cleaning products all the time :) it's small, the colours of the place are so beautiful, you can cook, you have lockers, and there are four bathrooms, it's so lovely, outside the streets has a magical ambiance, it's very nice

This place was horrible, the dorm I slept in was full of orange mould on the ceiling and had very little space for rucksacks etc. The staff was more concerned about their facebook accounts than about the guests with the exception of the nice cleaning lady. We booked a mixed dorm, however when we arrived we were placed in separate dorms, no explanation offered. Warm water non existent and no English spokenGo there if the only other alternative is sleeping on the beach, but avoid it if you can.

Well... What can I said... You get what you pay for... The staff wants to be helpful but is ruled by a big mama who only see you as potential money and doesn't give a thought about you all your stay long. She is not friendly, doesn't care about you, and even put some rotten ham for the breakfast so that you don't take too much... And I don't speak about the beds... 3 beds up, and if you stay on the 3rd one (which was my case) you better get a grapple, cause the beds are not safe up here...

i live here which is out of season of rio de jenero. one of my housemate lose his computer here. breakfast during 7 to 10. i wake up 9am. the owner clean everything already.the owner even touch and move my staff when i went out. i have very bad experience to stay here.

Very good choice I made, everything you need. Clean rooms and bathroom, very friendly, good price, secure location. Breakfast included.
