The room quite comfort, I can sleep well.. thanks,, but I need extra cup of glass for making coffee in the morning,, overall, I feel cozy and warmth.. :)

I stayed in a new room - it was great, a fully refurbished room, even with a massage shower! of course the rooms are very small, but that's hong kong

The location is perpect, it's just within shopping centers and restos. Very accessible too. Nancy and the other staff were nice. Room was small but very clean.

We occupied a four-bedded room in Cosmic Guest House as a family and we found it small but clean. The sheets and towels are quite "old" already and needs a replacement. Hardly had any wi-fi in the room. Location is good as it is very accessible to the MTR and other means of transport.

a) The room electricity socket only remain one is in fine condition. (the tv one). Should makesure the condition of every facility in the room is in good manner so that customer will have good impress. b) The toilet have a strong smell which cause the un-easy to customer, mostly due to the paip system of the building. Should think some way to improve the condition to make the satisfactory stay to customer. c) The room aircond not be able to adjust the temperature. It is either switch off or on.

A convienient location that is safe and clean and basic.

should maintain by spending in interiors and cleaniless, should regularly get the rooms cleaned. many other customers also complaining about the same.

great owner, absoutely the worst hostel I have ver stayed in. Dirty, old, not nice

Clean but small private rooms. Really good location in the heart of HK. The building is pretty old and dirty which means that you might find the place a little bit akward - but once at the guest house, you'll like your room if you're a backpacker.

It's a prime location to stay, Behind us is the K11 shopping mall, lotsa good food to indulge. 1 min walk to the MTR, inside the building, there's alot of exit.
