There were BED BUGS. When we stated this to the hotel, They denied it, and called us liars. We went to a local pharmacy, and got medicine. The hotel did pay for this medicine. When we asked about the free walking tour, the front desk worker said they don't offer, unless the weather is nice. Apparently, shorts and t-shirt weather is not nice enough. He then said we could not get it because it's only offered and not included. Extremely rude staff, except for room keepers. They were nice.

Little bit dirty when we arrived but fixed in the other day.

Location very good for metro access, but a little far away if you want to be walking everywhere. They also have very strange vacuuming times (circa 9pm), but the staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate slightly odd requests

The only problem was the bathroom, that is so dark (in the room for 6 people). But the staff was amazing and the hostel was so good, well located and it has a very good value for the money payed.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and we were satisfied. The location was good, it was near the metro station of Omonia square. The room was clean. One critism is that is smelled like cigarette smoke as smoking was allowed inside the hotel and sometimes it was a little bit noisy in the corridor as people were talking on the phone in front of the room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. All in all I can recommend this hotel.

This hostel was very clean and had an awesome location. The only criticism was the atmosphere. There wasn't much of a communal area and therefore it wasn't very social.

Location of the hotel is good, really close to omonia Metro station.this area is without any interest, but the hotel is really cheap, beds are ok. Average breakfast, but cheap. Strange atmosphere when i went there, seemed like there were only 4 tourists and all the other rooms were rented to people from Athens.

I really liked this hotel! It was really close to the metro and not far tourist attractions. The staff were super friendly and helped us out alot. My only complaint is the shower door, there is only one of them so the bathroom floor gets soaked after someone showers.

We stayed in hotel only for one night. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean. There was no closet in the room. They gave us breakfast for take away, because we had an early flight. The Omonia neighborhood is known as dangerous, but we didnt have that feeling. Metro station is only 2 mintues away. Only something bothered us..people in the next room was smoking, so there was the smell of cigarettes.

I loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend it! My only complaint is about the other guests smoking on the hallways, it would be great if the hotel could control it.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff in the dining area always seemed annoyed that I was eating in there. The rooms were very clean. The area was within walking distance of the major sites however at night it didn't feel very safe for a single female traveler.

It is a hotel with bunk beds so it's much nicer than many of the hostels we have stayed, one of the only down points was the lack of space in the rooms. We had pretty much no where to put our bags which made the already small room very cramped. Breakfast was great!

More like hotel. Staffs were just ok. The lady at reception was really nice though. Domitory room was really small and there was no shower curtain so whole bathroom gets wet after shower. Good breakfast and close to metro station.

Thankfully we only stayed 1 night in the cosmopolitan. During the night, we hardly slept, the whole corridor was very noisy, groups of people were holding discussions and you could hear everything in the room. The room itself was very tiny, the bunk bed filled out the room so that there was hardly any space for the rucksacks. The bathroom had space for max 1 person, almost combining shower and toilet. The area feels very dodgy, however, we didn't have any problems. The price howerver was cheap.

The hotel was very good and clean. It's a great choice to stay when you want something between a hostel and a hotel. Omonoia is a little dangerous at night, but we had no issues and the staff were helpful.
