Another group of travelers walked into our locked and private room at 1 am while we were sleeping. They had been given a key by the front desk and told it was their room. We are two young women and had been followed to the hotel earlier that evening. This experience was terrifying for us.

Not enough space in the room for 4 people (place only for 2 beds)

Fast wifi. Bit further from the Acropolis than other places, but much cheaper and easy to. Get around. They let us have a late check out for free while waiting for our flight and were very helpful. Awesome bakery diagonally opposite and big police station nearby keeps area relatively are. Excellent value for money.

Had trouble with the room lock and key. Breakfast was not available when promised. Window appeared to be broken/out of joint. Otherwise, no problems.

I was looking at staying here, Hotel Fivos or Sparta Team Hotel, and I am happy I chose to stay here. The location is not the greatest, but neither are the locations of the other 2. They're nearest to the Omonia metro stop which also happens to basically be the Athens ghetto. That being said, Hotel Cosmopolit is on one of the nicer side streets in the area and it is very close to the metro stop. Breakfast is included and the staff spoke great English and were very helpful.

It was clean, the breakfast was good, the workers were helpful for information, the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was really nice, with great staff, and very clean rooms that were cleaned every day of our stay. There is also a (very basic) breakfast included, that had bread, eggs, coffee, tea, apples, cereal, salad, and olives. Really great value for the price.

Booked a female dorm and a guy ended up staying in the room for one of the nights. Not impressed. Also, the dorm was very small. No room to put luggage, had to sleep with it on the bed with me.

This place is truly a hotel. So it really doesn't have a hostel atmosphere at all. That being said, the rooms were super clean as well as the bathrooms and breakfast was free and also quite good. The location is a bit difficult to find but not too bad. I walked everywhere from the hostel but it wasn't necessarily close.

This hostel was prime location in Athens. Very easy to commute to historic sites as well as some other happening locations in the city.

The hostel itself is in a terrible part of Athens. I set my own curfew because of how sketchy the neighborhood is. It's also located right next to a porn theater, which attracts a specific crowd. I walked into my shared room to find hardcore porn on the TV. Not the best welcome I've received. The other tenants were EXTREMELY noisy; running up and down the halls, screaming, drinking... every night was a shady discotheque. Be prepared to be awoken in the morning by ongoing construction.

Dirty room, lots of damage and the sink leaked everywhere. Located right next to a strip club and in a not very nice area of Athens. We got out of the cab and there were a ton of sketchy guys as well as a ton of policemen standing around holding giant guns, looking very intimidating. Far away from sightseeing locations. No kitchen or place to eat lunches. Spend the extra money and stay near the Acropolis. We ended up canceling the remaining nights and booking another hostel.

They were so helpful after I made the wrong reservations. Worked with me and found a solution to the problem.

Staff were incredible nice as Greek people on the streets. Rooms were clean also sheets and beds. They included breakfast which I didn't know, so it was a big plus. Outside the hostel it wasn't very beautiful because it is located in the centre of the city, however greek police was all the time near by. Easy to get to Acropolis and other different places for sightseeing In the centre of the city. Good hostel!! Recommended!! A Venezuelan guy!!

There were BED BUGS. When we stated this to the hotel, They denied it, and called us liars. We went to a local pharmacy, and got medicine. The hotel did pay for this medicine. When we asked about the free walking tour, the front desk worker said they don't offer, unless the weather is nice. Apparently, shorts and t-shirt weather is not nice enough. He then said we could not get it because it's only offered and not included. Extremely rude staff, except for room keepers. They were nice.

Little bit dirty when we arrived but fixed in the other day.

Location very good for metro access, but a little far away if you want to be walking everywhere. They also have very strange vacuuming times (circa 9pm), but the staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate slightly odd requests
