My room had no hot water. I had no top sheet for the bed which was extremely uncomfortable and the fan only went one speed which was very loud and noisy. I had booked for 3nights and stayed for one. Definitely not a comfortable room.

What a welcoming place, The staff are lovely and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and give you great advice on places to eat and what to see and do! Great value for money and perfect location (try the street food on K.B jacob road!)cant recomend it highly enough!

After deciding to stay from the reviews left this was very disappointing. Nobody was ever at reception, on my second night i was locked out of the building getting attacked by mozzies for an hour as the "night guard" would not wake up to continuous knocking, then the following morning was kicked out of my room for no reason other than they could get more money from a couple. I had already paid in advance for the room also. Terrible staff, terrible location, and not cheap!

The owner, his family and especially the grandfather were friendly. The location was within easy walking distance to Princess Rd and the Chinese fishing nets. My son and I enjoyed our three day stay there.
