The cosy, charming, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay 1 bedroom apartment is located in the very heart of Madrid, just 100 metres from the metro Noviciado, on the famous Pez str., 400 metres from Gran Via and Plaza Espana, 10 minutes walk to Puerta del Sol and the historic center.

Its walking distance to all the major attractions and coolest 'barrios' in the city. I do believe it has the best location in Madrid and (what is unreal for such a central home) it doesn't get any noise from the street.

The apartment is in the best areas of Madrid: Malasana (a vibrant neighborhood full of lively bars and clubs, common place for famous Spaniards to live here, eat and go out) and Chueca (very extravagant, with many street cafes and boutique shops).

There are plenty of special bars, interesting shops and unique restaurants in the nearest surroundings.

There is free WiFi, chimney, fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven), bath, air fan, air conditioning, electric heating, towels and bed linen included.
