The site is historical, in a natural setting with hiking trails, near the sea, and very beautiful. It has a 1000 year old castle in the centre where the owning family still lives and they own the hostel, very interesting. The campsite is very natural and beautiful with activities such as a small disco, live concerts, swimming pools with lifeguards, a supermarket with local prices, and a small market. Most staff are polite and friendly, but only a couple of them are not. I loved it there.

what i mean with poor lokation is that i was disturbed on a number of occasions by loud music and people in the middle of the night. They arrived in busses probably after a nice night on the town. It made me wonder why these busses are parked so close to the bungalows because there is actually such a huge parkingspace you can just as well park somewhere else or closer to the bungalows of the party people. And why the loud music.

Not worth going to. The staff are so rude and do not help with anything!!! It is about 1hr out from rome city so not very good location, the blankets were dirty and we did not recieve sheets. EVERYTHING in the whole caravan park (2 pools, sauna, chill out area, bars, spa, pizza shop, laundry, BBQ facilities, shops etc) was CLOSED!!!! It was rediculous. So many insects and bugs.he staff are VERY rude and unhelpfull!!! No free wi fi, it is very expensive!!!! The only good thing was LEAVING!!

This campsite would have probably been a lot better and been a lot more value for money if we had stayed in the peak season rather than at the start of October but for what we paid we felt a bit cheated. Half way through our stay, the bbqs were totally turned off and they were our only means of cooking for ourselves, supermarket had very limited stock too. Shocked at being charged for wi-fi, that was a first! About 45mins-1hour outside of the centre of Rome depending where you're heading.

For only 6 euros a night, this place is a great deal! Its far away from all the touristy crowds, but its really easy to get to the city with the shuttle, and the train ride costs only one euro. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day, and the staff is very kind and international. Everything you need is on the property, restaurant, bar, market, I have been very happy here and decided to extend my stay!

The Country Club Castel Fusano is a nice place to stay with beautiful pine trees around. There is a shuttle that brings you to the next metro station every half an hour. You just have to pay 1 € to get to Rome's centre via metro but it takes more than an hour to get to the Piazza di Spagna for example. The Country Club is not a very quiet place due to the thin walls of the wooden houses, school groups and the noise caused by planes. Nevertheless I can recommend it as a cheap place to stay.

My overal experience at this hostel was less then great. I booked 2 nights but left early. Reason for my dissatisfaction, extremely unkempt conditions and location was a lot farther then they listed. It was listed 45 minutes away from Rome, it was more like 1:15minutes. All staff were very professional except with girl who was rude and unproductive. Not a return Hostel

This is a huge place, with a lot of nature, activities, etc. If you're planning to visit Rome and not staying in the hostel, you better find somewhere on the city center. To get to the main attractions of Rome is about an hour, so depends what are you looking for. The staff is VERY RUDE and bitchy. The wifi doesn't work, (they will sell you that). They confused with a booking so while I was out, they took my things out of my locker and then they didn't want to give them back. Shuttles work great

Dirty business ethics... I had to cancel my reservations the day I was supposed to arrive, and instead of charging me the first night as their website stated, they charged me for 4 nights. I was never at this place. Ppl have told me they have all these extra fees etc. Dont go here.

This is a cheap place to relax and go to the pool or beach. The free shuttle to the beach and train station is really nice. Otherwise, the remote location and hour outside of Rome location are not ideal.
