EL lugar es hermoso, nos tocó una habitación para 3 personas, que cumplió ampliamente nuestras espectativas. Limpia, con refrigerador, microondas, ducha, toallas, TV, aire acondicionado, utensillos de cocina, etc. Lo único en contra es la ubicación, ya que nosotros no contábamos con automóvil y cargando mochilas nos resultó muy lejana del centro de la ciudad la ubicación del hostel. The receptionist is so impolite and cold. We booked a double room with kitchen, but she said we got a wrong message, we need to pay more money for a room with kitchen. The lock of our room was broken, but she didn\'t want to go to our room to check it for us. We tried to fix it by ourselves. When we went for help second time, she even turned her back to face us. We paid more money than it said on the website. The room was dirty, the drain in bathroom was stuck, the location is so far.The receptionist is so impolite and cold. It should be noticed that the hotel is located far out from the city center and that you need a car to get there. Closest bus stop is 15 min walk away, and with heavy bags - not fun!
