I've stayed at many hostels in numerous countries and this one deserves high marks. The location is unbeatable right on the square,short walk from train station. Staff friendly & helpful.Very clean. Individual bathrooms and also very clean. Average free breakfast. Lockers for each bed in room. For a large place Cracow hostel is run very well. Minor dislikes - steep staircase climb (oh well, expect that in a historic house).Getting buzzed in at the front gate each entry but thats security for you

The best location ever, but the bed was terrible! And I couldn't use the laundry facilities: they can't dry clothes.

Very nice hostel in a perfect location right on the main square. Free breakfast,nice clean showers and a big room with lots of space. Would definitely stay again

The location could not be better! I liked the hostel a lot. The downs: 2 showers on my floor, one didn't work the other wasn't letting the water flush properly so the bowl filled up...more maintenance, guys! The other that as there was only one key for the room, but the receptionist gave it away without checking who I was! Did not put any name tag on my left over bag either!It could have been snatched by anyone really, as the staff is swapping they won't have a clue who left the stuff. :S

It was amazing! The room is very very clear and The bathroom too! The location is very nice, it's in the rynek (the city's center). For Me it's the best ostel ever!

Definitely the perfect hostel for my stay in Krakow. Fantastical location in the center of the Old Town, breakfast is included, free wifi, facilities for personal cooking and plenty of common area for relaxing. Free lockers for every bed, plenty of bathrooms and showers, and very clean. It also had a very helpful and friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Really great hostel right in the centre of Krakow. We came for a weekend to see Auschwitz and this was the perfect hostel as it was centrally located. It also had a great atmosphere and great common room. Only draw back was that on the fourth floor there were three computers and only one was working so there were a lot of people trying to use one computer but im sure that this would be rectified!

The location is the best, right at the main square. Go for that but don't expect much atmosphere. The dorm I stayed in was nice and small and clean.

Best location in Krakow! Great common room, despite our food and beers was taken. Definitely recommendable!

Amazing apartment with great character!! The staff are wonderful and gave us a great overview of Cracow when we arrived, adding recommendations based on our interests. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the apartment has all the amenities you need (kitchen, computer access, working wifi, bathroom with shower/bath, and bathroom without). The location was also great: easy to get to from the train station, right beside a metro stop, and walking distance to most major sights.

Excellent location. Too many stairs to climb. Excellent receptionist, but some disrespectfull cleaners, who enter in the bedroom doing a lot of noise and talking with people sleeping inside. But it was deffinetelly a great choice!

I spent the NYE at Cracow Hostel and it was just perfect. The location is amazing, exactly in front of the Main Market, surrounded by many restaurants. We had a 12-bed room, which was very clean. Same with the bathrooms and the social room. The stuff was very friendly (except when we were a bit loud in the middle of the night :D). The value for money was totally worth.

The location makes the best deal! I would have stayed here even if the place didn't look amazing! I totally recommend it for anyone! And they offered a great treat and meal for New Year's Eve party! :)

Went for New Years Eve to this hostel. The staff celebrated with us. Breakfast (included in the price) was good. The location is simply unbeatable: directly at the main square! From there all sightseeing attractions, pubs and bars are reachable by walking.

2 of 3 computers did not work, and the Wi-Fi although did not work the most of the time... the breakfast and the NYE party was very good!

Amazing! Staff spoke great English and seemed very lovely. The hostel was quite but seems like it would be a great place to stay in summer which I intend to. Location literally couldn't get any better, stone throw away from everything! Was a great view from our window in room 6, right on the square. Could get noisy from the outside and I would maybe have more pillows or a bigger one that's the only bad thing I can say. I really liked the hostel.
