The hostel is very nice and clean, the people are so kind! The location is perfect. I had a very beautiful holiday there, i suggest to go to Cracow Hostel!

Great Hostel! Included internet, security measures, hot showers, kitchen that allows you to cook, free breakfast, and was located in the heart of town.

Really enjoyed my stay at Cracow Hostel. PERFECT location- you seriously couldn't ask for better. The staff was super helpful. No extra charges on things like lockers or internet, which is nice. Also- they bake brownies and cookies and leave them out- makes a great snack. The beds are comfortable, and the lounge area is cool and unique. Be sure to ask the people at the front desk for recommendations!

Very nice hostel, more like a hotel, with some beds in one room. Big, clean, nicely decorated rooms.

Very nice hostel.All staff are very kindly!!Good location,just 20min from the airport by train,from the train station 10 min on foot,it is in the main square,so very easy to find the hostel.Continental breakfast,free internet.I `d like to say thank you so much for lovely staying to all staff!!I hope I can go there again one day^_^//

A lovely place - shame that the heating wasn't working! Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Great stay !!!

This was a great location, but that's really all I can say about Cracow Hostel. The staff members were not friendly or welcoming and were always on the phone or too busy to help guests with simple requests. We were in Cracow during very cold weather, and the heat in our room did not work. Instead of moving us to one of the many open heated rooms, we were given an extra sheet and told that hopefully the weather would warm up. There are plenty of hostels in Cracow; find another one!

Averything were wonderful, the location is Great and the Hostel is very good. But i forvot My licence crives and i dont know How to get it Back. Please i need help. How can you send it to me?

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed. The hostel is very well centrally located. The room is superb. The staffs are very friendly and the common area is great.

Perfect location, right in the middle of all the action in the main square. Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hostel. There was a bit of noise from outside till quite late, and 2 days into my stay they started renovations on the downstairs area of the hostel. There were sounds of drills at all hours of the morning which I didn't appreciate. I'm sure it looks great now!!

The hostel was excellent! The location is perfect - it is right on the Main Market Square. The view from the window is breathtaking. The hostel is clean and well-decorated. The staff was very helpful. I stayed in the 18-bed room. They provided lockers and keys for the room, so I felt secure leaving my stuff there. The bed was super duper comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great - eggs, cereal, toast, coffee, etc. It made my stay in Krakow wonderfully pleasant!

The hostel is in the best location possible right on the main square. The facilities were excellent (especially a nice kitchen to cook) and the staff were friendly and helpful.
