easy access to London via tube at affordable price. great for family outing and use the saved budget for expensive London visits

Great staff, very helpful. The location is about 15 min away from the city by train. It's not too bad if you buy an all day pass (about 7.7 pounds) that allows unlimited travel between rail and underground--good deal if your are visiting all the sights by underground. Our room was very spacious and the shower was nice and hot. Walls were thin and the heat was on and off...just bundle up. The wi-fi was a bit spotty. FREE breakfast every morning was the best part. Good value for budget travelers.
