Enjoyed my stay, good for the price, staff very friendly and helpful. Not the best place to stay if you're looking to go out though...there's no bar and it's a wee bit of a walk to the main part of town.Enjoyed my stay, good for the price, staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic Place, Chris and Toni are great want to wish them the best of luck with their new adventure. Really enjoyed staying here, great atmosphere. Well equiped kitchen, nice bbq area and fantastic help from the staff. Had a great weekend and had a great stay at Crash Palace. Incredibly helpful staff, nice TV, good parking. My only complaint is that we got the one room next to the bathroom so we heard everyone. Really good place. Chris is improving every thing related to the reviews and previous complaints.
The pieces of advice he gave us save us a lot of money and revealed many \"not so well known\" things in Rotorua.
