You don't book this hotel for atmosphere, but if you want a nice and enjoyable place to lay your head at night, this is got to be it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again given its location to Termini and if I have a flight or train, I can hop on the bus or train from the station in less than ten minutes.

From termini station the hotel is just down the road next to the station about a 5 min walk. Very helpful people. Separate rooms with sinks in them and the common bathroom was very clean as were the rooms. No problems with anything.

I only stayed for one night, can't say much about it. The facilities were nice, but a little expensive. that's all.

We stayed in a double ensuite room in early September. The place is clean to a fault and the staff is super friendly. Besides, it is located 10 min by walking from Termini so there is no problem getting there when arriving. The room had a view over backyards and parts of the nearby city. We can recommend the neighbouring Li Rong Caffe for a cappucino and croissant for breakfast.

The man who owns the property is extremely friendly. It's a very basic hotel but it's just what you get for the money. I enjoyed my stay here.

There are non common areas, the guy in the night shift was over controlling and advising to not being loud even before we went out.

Very friendly staff, sweet rooms, right by the train station. Ideal for hostellers looking for a hotel on a budget. Sergio made us feel welcome.

Very cool Roman hotel next to the train station. About a 10 min walk from the station, 20 minutes to Trevi if you don't get lost. Cabs are about 8euro from the touristy center of Rome at night. Clean, quiet, really interesting rooms and ceilings, Roman shower. Internet in the rooms, may have to stand at the door first to pick it up but great speed for booking/planning. Overall good experience.
