they should explain to the turists that their hostel is located far away from the capital Heraklion (about , one hour by bus) , and advise that they are at Aguia Pelaguia, a beach that is a ghost city at the winter, with almost all stores closed and withoud a good schadule of buses to the capital (only 2 by day) - buses that if you don't cath, you will have to walk almost one hour in a hill to get to the road and wait for a bus.

Owners very nice and helpful. Spacious clean rooms. 5 minute walk to beach or grocery store. Like that there is a stove, dishes, and fridge. My fridge didn't seem to work the whole time, but nothing that couldn't be fixed.
