Was told there would be free WiFi and there was none. After 4 nights there, I now have over 8 gigantic bed bug bites that are leaving with me a scar and haunting me for the remainder of my trip.

Clean, big rooms and good beds. Friendly staff that welcomes you. free internet. Breakfast consists of one cup of coffee and a piece of cake or one bread. Ease to find. I can recommend it.

The hotel's location is very good, very close to Termini. The room was clean and the heater worked perfectly. The only bad thing was the man they have to welcome guests, which is very unfriendly and rude. For the rest is fine. On the other hand I had a problem concerning the final rate I was told that 10% I paid for the reservation was not on anything.

Great location, only a 2 min walk from the main Termini metro station. Decent size hotel room with basic facilities: tv, ensuite, heating/aircon, mini fridge and free wifi. Daily housekeeping. Staff were friendly. Must pay in cash on arrival. Great value for money, I would definitely stay here again!
