The staff were unhelpful and extremely rude. They made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point where we wanted to change hotels on the first day. A shame, as it was our last stop on a great holiday, and our experience of Rome. The location is listed as being good. It is close to a Metro, but far from the action. The shower was ridiculous (nothing to support shower head), and we were told off for having a guest in the room without leaving ID at reception when noone was there. Poor!

The entrance to the building in whih the hstel is located was really dirty and old, with a very old lift. T The room had 4 out of 11 lightbulbs working, the shower doors were broken, we did not receive any teaspoons or coffee sachets like we were told we would get. The TV wasn't working at all. However the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and the location is really excellent. Overall I would say that in the same location there are cheaper options that offer more value for money.

We had a twin room with private bath. Our room was very clean and had a lot more space than what I was expecting. The location was great too as it was only a few minutes walk from the main train station and the metro. Having a fridge in the room was great as well. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the reception, but with a backpack it was fine. I would recommend staying here to friends.
