Very nice place to stay. Careful people, provide coffee and personal assistance, beyond their obligation. Clean and comfortable room. Recommended.

Owners are hostile and rude. Considering we are no from this country, you would expect a friendly environment. We had nothing of a friendly environment at all. There is never any staff present and when they are they are lecturing the guests and telling them they need to education. Towels were not changed, and we stayed there for 3 nights. Room was not cleaned either. Breakfast was given to us when we asked for it. It was extremely dark around the hostel me a very dangerous walkway to get to door

Cristina residences is a really nice place, easily the nicest hostel we stayed in while in italy. It's more like a 2 or 3* hotel, and the room comes with an AC and a small TV. It's a converted apartment area so there's no real check in desk or lounge but the room we (6 lads) stayed in was awesome. It's a 10 minute walk from termini station, but use a map as its quite hard to find. there's a closer metro station about 4 minutes walk away but the name escapes me now. Would deffo recommend it.

Based on the instructions to the hostel it was a bit hard to find. We stayed in the double bed with a private bathroom and it was great. There was A/C in the room as well as a small fridge. Tea, coffee, and snacks were provided too. Everything was really clean. Overall pretty great!

Close to the train station, which is very good! We had to pay cash upon arrival, even though it said on the website that payment with card was possible. The breakfast was included, which was a nice complement, although it was a but scarce. He staff spoke very good English!

The general manager was very nice & helpful but never there. Very sketchy hostel and location. If I wasn't with such a large group I would have felt uncomfortable. Air conditioner was broken & no one ever came to fix it. Two of the "beds" in our 6 person bed room was a sofa that pulled up into a bunk bed. Shower was broken and outdated. They came to fix the bathroom while we were taking a nap and for 2 HOURS were drilling and banging then told us we couldn't use the bathroom until the morning.

A bit pricy but very sweet, cozy, small place with only a few rooms, owned by a couple. Breakfast was nothing special, but the rooms were very fine with private bathrooms, TV and refrigerator. You could walk to Rome Termini which was great. But a bit difficult to find so bring a good map or a GPS.
