This place was very close to center of town, but on a tiny quit street. Cristina was very relaxed and super friendly. Her breakfasts included fruit, juices, cheese as well as baked goods and your choice of coffee/tea. The other guests I met were friendly and charming (and young to old, short stay to long). the room was small but charming. this was the best B&B I experienced in italy (of 4, 2 in florence, one in rome).

This venue was a very nice surprise. It was a pleasure to enjoy the charming atmosphere and the excellent services.

This is THE place to stay in Bologna !!! Cristina is the host you can dream of, such a warm welcoming, very nice and lovely place. Breakfast offered in her flat, it was, looked like we were in a 4 stars hotel. Cristina gave us all that we were looking for, never insidious but always there when we needed. Once more thanks again and we are looking forward for coming back again to your B&B (probably longer than a single night).

Really cute B&B right in the heart of Bologna. Large, comfortable, quaintly furnished room with own kitchen facilities. Cristina is a lovely host and she offers a nice italian style breakfast. Good value for money and highly reccomendable.

Cosy apartment. Great location - so close to the main attractions. Charming lady helped us feel the spirit of Bologna, nice talk about town history and what to be seen. Breakfast is not to be skipped.

It's located in the heart of Bologna, and it's good place if you want to get around the city. The owner, Christina, it's also a very nice and friendly girl. I recommend it for the rest of travelers.

The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it its extremely nice, homey, and cleanly. The employees are really friendly and speak English. The location is as good as it gets since it is literally a block away from Piazza Maggiore. For the price, I couldn't have asked for better. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was just great - the location right in the centre of Bologna, the cute furnishings, the cleanliness and Mrs. Rossi is a lovely women who made some great breakfast. For that price absolutely recommendable.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed it. Cristina is an excellent host, and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and bars. The room had everything we needed and was clean. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10, and we were given cakes, toast & jam, ham, fruit, coffee, etc. And you couldn't beat the location! this was a very nice hostel, christina was so lovely, very good in speaking english. the breakfast was typically italian and very good. although you could always ask if you need help you always had the feeling to be on your own and have your own privacy. christina was so friendly. veryyyy niceee!!

Christina and her family are very nice people. This is an extension of their home, just upstairs. It is not a place to get crazy, but it is just off of the main street and piazza of Bologna. AMAZING food is just around the corner and their are tons of shops and also great historical things to see. Very close to train station.
