Right in the centre of Napier which is good but was also noisy at night. Good kitchen, $1 pool and limited sky but not much else going on. Very good free breakfast and definately a good deal for the price. Lacks some character but a pleasant stay. Right in the centre of Napier which is good but was also noisy at night. Lovely art-deco house. Does not look like a hostel at all, more like a nice hotel. Best interior i've ever seen in a hostel so far. Frienldy and helpful staff. Well maintained kitchen. Great location. Breakfast is the best that I have had for an 'included' breakfast. It is not as noisey as I expected for being right in the centre of town. Would stay there again.

Really sweet place, would have had more fun if there had been more people there that weren't all couples- can't blame the hostel itself for that. Really cool place to stay but the club and grill underneath does get rather noisy on a saturday night and some of the rooms are directly above the dance floor area. This is a really good place to stay in Napier, there is free parking all over at the weekends and it is right next to the beach and shops. they suply a very nice breakfast and have good movie chanels to watch. really nice hostel and we have been to alot.
