Would be helpful if staff were as keen to reprimand guests who were shouting to each other at 7am as they were to reprimand guests who accidentally let door slam in the evening ( perhaps door ahould be fixed so that it doesnt slam when left to close eh?)

The staff was great, very accommodating and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and our room was very close to Old Town. Our room was offsite though which was nice to have privacy. The room was very clean and well kept, there was a computer in the room that was a computer and tv which was awesome. Had a great stay with CroParadise Blue!

Only stayed here for one night, but liked this hostel, it has a TV in the rooms and really big lockers which is a nice touch. Kitchen was a little small and not the most social hostel, but other than that it was good.

Because of a problem with piping in the two bed apartment, we were informed upon arrival that we would be staying in a three bed. It was located a two minute walk from the main reception but was actually closer to the old city. We really enjoyed the independence the apartment gave us, in being able to cook for ourselves and feeling figuratively tighter to the city rather than the hostel. It had a kitchennette, computer and television. Only complaint, very little natural lighting, but great value

Excellent hostel. Very clean with friendly staff. Good location. I recommend it. With regards to directions it gives for getting there - turn right just before the palm tree it mentions on to Vukasoviceva street - actually one walks down a few steps to get to this street which is quite narrow.

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the lockers are huge, and the kitchen has everything you need to make and store your food. The shower has good water pressure and is plenty hot enough! The staff is extremely helpful and are always willing to give advice and make sure your stay is comfortable. The location is amazing, only a 2-3 minute walk from the main area of the city!

This hostel was in a great location and the staff were excellent. The rooms were nice and spacious and the other facilities were great. Only downside for me was that there wasn't really a common room.

Great! We had a big group so we booked seperately not knowing we would be put into rooms that were across the road to each other but the lady was really nice about it and moved us so we could be in the same building as our other friends. A little hard to find especially at night but it was close to Old Town and a really great hostel!!

My 2 friends and I booked the 3 person apartment and it was excellent! It was about 2 minutes from the main hostel building, so it was quiet and had its own kitchen, bathroom, and computer. The location was right near the center, about 10 minutes walk from the bus/train/ferry station. There was even a great restaurant right across the street. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Split!

A decent hostel with good facilities. We had a room to ourselves just off the kitchen and we had everything that we needed, including air conditioning and a TV that played movies in English all night long! The reception was located in a different building, but this wasn't too much of a bother as it was only a short walk away. Very close to the entrance to the old castle.

I cannot recommend this hostel enough. The price is fantastic, especially for the quality of the hostel. My friend and I stayed in a private room for 12euro per night. We had two beautiful beds, and insuite bathroom, and a big screen TV that doubled as a computer. The hostel is beautiful. Stay here!

We've booked the deluxe double bed private which is actually an apartment in a separate location 2 min walking from the hostel. It's right in the city centre, the facilities are excellent and beyond what most hostels offer. Upon arrival they told us that due to lots of rain our apartment had problems with water, so they had put us in a three bed apartment for no extra charge. When we called them for a slight problem, the staff came to check it immediately. We would definetly recommend it.

This hostel was in a great location - near the Old Town/Diocletian's Palace, the train and bus station, and markets and restaurants, too. The staff were very kind and made some great suggestions. We arrived earlier in the day than we'd anticipated and they let us into our room at 10 AM so we could clean up a bit after an overnight train. We'd definitely stay here again, and the free tea gets points too.
