this was our second stay and I personally love staying at Club Crocodile , lovely atmosphere and place definitely value for money

This hotel had good facilties in the room (en suite, kettle, tea & coffee, etc), and they had a pool, but they advertise as a backpacker hostel when they are clearly a family holiday resort, as there were young children everywhere. There are no lockers in the shared rooms, no kitchen and no common room. It is also a 20 minute walk or a bus ride into Airlie Beach, and there are no free pick-ups. This place was okay, but it should not advertise itself as a hostel for backpackers.
