I've had a great time at Cruz del Sur! The location is awesome, close to everything, and the staff is great. Nico and Ana help a lot!

the staff is nuts (in a positive way :)). In the evening the kitchen is very busy, easy to hang out and meet fellow travellers. Annoying thing: everywhere (!) signs telling you what is prohibited. (Including a sign saying that it is forbidden to have sex. If they find you having sex, they make you leave the hostel), which is sort of awkwards, we are all grown ups..

Great hostel with a friendly atmosphere and nice set up with a chill out common room. Lockers rather small and rooms a bit crammed. However, with the great atmosphere there you won't mind being around people and you'll fell your belongings are safe enough.

Amazing hostel - with great atmosphere. Easy to meet people, and staff were very helpful with activities to do in Ushuaia.

The hostel was pretty much closed between the hours of 11pm and 8:30am. I had an early flight at 10am. The woman at the counter told me she would call a cab the night before but she must have forgotten. I waited for half an hour at 8am, and it never came. Eventually I had to go to another hostel and have them call a cab for me. Plus the no shoes rule is really inconvenient.

Booked for 1 night, but ended up staying for a week here. It's a colourful, family run hostel with a good atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, the breakfasts were great, and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The only downside is a tiny kitchen. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great hostel, ended up staying here for 5 nights in total. The hostel offers pretty much everything you´re looking for as a traveler, hot showers, nice communal areas which makes it really easy to meet people, a nice kitchen and a very energetic and helpful owner who helps you to save a few bucks on the tours and trips to the national parks. Would highly recommend this hostel especially for travelers who travel alone.

Great hostel ! The most important for me is to choose a hostel where I can trust that its a clean and safe place and that's two qualifications that you will found in here specially in the bathrooms and the kitchen area that is impeccable . The nice of the owner Ana its the best really nice and hopeful as the same as the boy who works there Nico. both are remarkable for the attention and the help that a backpacker needs in the process of known the unknown of the city in a few seconds with helpfu

The kitchen is small, and the tables and chairs of the living room a bit uncomfortable. In spite of that, the staff couple Ana and Nico are very helpful and friendly, and that makes you forget any little inconvinience. A ten out of ten for them!

Awesome hostel! Anna who worked at the front desk was the hostel mom. She did everything! It was comfortable, clean, cozy. It felt like your own house. Great place to meet other travelers. Highly recommend!

Ana, el jefe, was a great introduction to Ushuaia and the hostel. Super friendly, always willing to help you with your next adventure and wanting to make sure you feel at home in her warm and welcoming hostel. She really made our stat. Multiple common areas with a relaxed vibe. Kitchen a little small when busy but well-equipped. All in all, a great place to stay.

A very nice bohemian place with friendly and extremely helpful staff! Ushuaia is an expensive city to go to, but if you have the chance, this is the hostel to stay in.
