Great location, great staff and it feels like a home.

I really appreciated the Curitiba Hostel because they have a very kind and friendly staff, the place is clean and the breakfast is very nice.

The women's bathroom has beautiful new fixtures that outshine a lot of hotels, and all the rooms have very high ceilings. The bunk beds have three levels, though, with very narrow rungs on the ladders that make climbing difficult and painful. I had trouble hoisting myself onto the middle bunk--I could never have made it to the top bunk! The staff was lovely and very pleasant--but it would have been more helpful if all receptionists spoke English.
