We stayed at House Hotel 4 nights. 2 nights of them the alarming facilities went on and the whole house woke up one night at 6 a' klock and the other night at 4 a' cklock. It took about five minutes and then noise and the alarm at up the ceiling stopped. There is no staff in the hotel at nights between 11 and 7 in the morning. I think the staff gets no information about these alarms becouse the visitors leave in few days. I think the electric facilities do not bear the heating system at nig

The hostel was in a nice area, but once arrival we were met by an indifferent receptionist. It was poorly dusted in the room Iand the towel that was given had a beer cap glued to it (which was an unpleasant surprise). When the fire alarm went off the next morning the staff members seemed indifferent. Non of the guests were guided out the door, so all the guests were standing in the hallway not knowing what to do. Then after about 10 min, the alarm stopped, the staff member said 'just go on!'.

It was cheap considering location, and even though breakfast was only toasted bread, they had REAL orangejuice, not that watered down stuff you usually get in cheaper hotels. The beds were not super comfy but still okay, I would go back there! Its value for money, great location and real juice!

Depending on the trip you are taking it may be the place to be, yet I found the location difficult to get to as well being quite decrepit on arrival. Staff were understanding about me arriving late to the hostel which I appreciated although apart from the lovely staff I would not recommend staying at the hostel. No hot water for shower, terrible breakfast and just generally a run down place to stay.
