This hostel operates like a hotel, so there is an elevator, with keycard access to the rooms. The atmosphere is good. The showers were fantastic, and the price was cheap for a dorm. They are located about a 20 minute walk from the downtown area, but the tram service is fine, so it's not a problem. Additionally, the hostel staff know a lot about what to do in Prague. Would stay here again.
Really great hostel with a lot of useful facilities.
Very modern, more like a hotel than a hostel aesthetically. Cool area, too - very "boho", worth having an explore. Receptionists all very warm and happy to make recommendations. My only slight beefs are: 1) the top bunks - they're higher than your average bunk, and the design of the ladders makes them quite inconveniently placed and uncomfortable to climb up :s 2) the automatically turning on bathroom lights - they sometimes automatically turn off, whilst in the shower or toilet! So modern!
I had a great stay at the Czech Inn! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was a good deal. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it is quite a hike to the town center, but if you can get past that, or are willing to brave the public transit, it's truly not that big of a deal. I still recommend The Czech Inn wholeheartedly!

The Not-so-good: Every shower was off-and-on hot and cold and one of them just never got hot. The location was rather far from the main attractions. Could've used the bus, but why not just pay more for a more central place? The Good: Very clean, Extremely helpful/friendly staff Spacious dorms and comfy beds Really nice bar area with a large tv for sports Cool activities like pub crawls and free walking tours Very secure (I love places that use key cards) Very good rates. Great value.
The one thing I did not like about this hostel was that there was no kitchen and no real common space to sit down, relax and meet other travellers - only an in-house bar.
Amazing facilities and services were offered, very clean, very secure, nice bar with average Prague prices.
It's a little far from the center but nothing a short tam ride can't fix! The staff were great and very helpful, and the bar was a great place to meet people during the yummy breakfasts or in the evenings during happy hour. I would definitely recommend this place!
Definitely recommended. I stayed here with a large group of friends and I had to make changes in the reservation about five times, the staff were very understanding and handled everything very well. It is a little far from a metro station but still it isnt too difficult to reach the city center.
Great cheap hostel, good bar. It's somewhat far out so it takes about 10-15 min to get into the old town.
