Good hostel, reminds me of College dorms..If your looking for a quiet one, go elsewhere.. This one looks awesome for partying. If i was staying longer, it would be a good one for me. A couple of the workers seemed a little rude out of the 5 that i met.. But just dont let it bug you. Its located right in a redlight district.. so lots of boozing going on.Good hostel, reminds me of College dorms..If your looking for a quiet one, go elsewhere.. This one looks awesome for partying. Stayed here for only about a week but was made to feel really welcome by everyone. Definitely a hostel full of people there for the long term, it's good fun so can see why, but they all make you feel part of the family and make it really easy to get involved with all the fun going on =D i would recommend definitely! Recently renovated & staff are trying their best to make it an excellent place to stay. Unfortunately the people staying show no respect towards them or anyone else. I had a king size private room. The room itself was clean apart from the pillow cases that were covered in black. The room was on the 7th floor, the same as the rooftop smoking area. Idiots tend to gather there and throw things off the roof, bang or kick on doors & caused management to close it off spoiling it for everyone. in the 2 days we spent there tje rooms were barely cleaned. second day toilet paper was replaced in en suite thats bout it. found cigarette butts , condoms and what else under the beds. one of the worst hostels ive been in australia. good location near all bars @ kings cross, rooms with lockers, but some were destroyed, so unusable. Staff was very friendly though! There are week-rates and 2/3 times a week there's room service.
