Our hours are from 10am to 10pm. Check-ins outside of those hours are allowed with a 24 hour self check-in option, but must be explicitly approved by a manager. Contact us with exact time of arrival. Please do this at least 24 hours ahead of time. Late check-ins are not guaranteed, until they are set-up ($10 late fee).

Valid foreign/domestic passport or government id required to check-in, along with a valid credit card.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (earliest 10am; latest 10pm).
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Taxes are not included in the total price. They will be added upon arrival(14.5%)
Mature, quiet guests are preferred.
We do everything we can do to preserve a tranquil atmosphere in our hostel. All of our guests must be over 18 years old.
Unfortunately, we do not usually accommodate seniors sixty five and over - however, it is case by case situation.
Also keep in mind that our bunk beds are designed for maximum weight of 240lbs. If you are over the limit you will stay on your own risk, and will be responsible and accountable for the consequences.
Smoking is not allowed in the building.
Evidence of smoking in the room or common areas will result in an additional charge of $500 will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue. Any kind of open flames, including lit cigarettes or burning candles, are not allowed in the room.
Additional charges may also occur due to having other guests leave (harassment, etc) - it's a shared environment so please be considerate.
No (extreme) physical intimate behavior allowed;
No excessive drinking allowed. Fine will apply.
No pets are allowed.

Reservations that have not checked-in may make changes 24 ahead of check-in time with no fees. Cancellations MUST be emailed to us.
Reservations that have checked-in must notify us at least 3 days prior to departure time (once you have checked in). Any days within 3 days will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation of the day of Check-in will be charged the full night’s stay.
Please be courteous and inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans.
Group reservations policies vary and are will be listed in your group contact.
Upon arrival, full payment will be accepted in cash (usd)/travelers checks or credit cards visa/MasterCard/discover. We do not accept personal checks.
Group reservations (4 guests and more) will be charged 15% non-refundable deposit
