Excellent welcome. Kohei comes pick you up at the train station, if you request it, for the same price than a bus ticket. If you climb Mont Fuji, you can leave your luggage and take a shower when you'll be back ... without fees ! The place is realy well held, we recommand it without any hesitation. Denis

Lovely little hostel with a great view of Mt Fuji on clear days. Facilities include use of kitchen, washing machine and dryer, wifi and bikes. 2 minute walk from lake kawaguchiko and some nice authentic Japanese restaurants are close by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hostel to other travelers.

The hostel is in a great location just opposite the bus stop so its easy to get to from the station. The owner was really helpful recommending places to eat and helping with directions. I was staying with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to a twin from a dorm as one had become available for no extra cost. Also the hostel has a few bikes which are available for free which were a great way to see the area.

Very nice place. It's a little far but with the bikes it's very easy to travel to the tourist locations. Close to some good food places which is always good. But make sure you have a bike.

Great little place with a very homely and modern feel. Rooms are upstairs with cafe downstairs. Free bike rental is a bonus and staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are coming from Kawaguchiko station, do NOT catch the taxi as it is far too expensive. Try and catch the retro bus (1200 yen for a two day pass or 380 yen for one ride to the hostel, stop at Music Forest. Den's Inn is directly opposite.) If you miss the last bus call the staff at Den's Inn to pick you for 400 yen.

A great place to stay, a stones throw from Lake Kawaguchiko. The location is beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful.

Had a good time at this hostel. It is a little different as it is above a cafe. Staff were welcoming and we even enjoyed playing with sparklers/fireworks with some of their family in the carpark. The location is a bit out of town, so your options are pretty limited for going out, especially at night. However they do have free bicycles. On the red sightseeing bus line but green sightseeing bus ticket lets you use red line as well ;)

I would like to spend 10 days more to enjoy Fuji mountain view, off course I will stay at DEN"s INN, so comfortable and Feel at home...

The hostel itself looked and feel rather clean. However it has a strange musty smell. It lends out free bicycles which I found very useful in travelling around the Lake area. The hostel itself is located right next to the Kawaguchiko museum so you can hear the music from there.

The location is in a quiet part of Kawaguchiko, away from the touristy district. However, it is just a scenic 10 min bike ride to town. The house is situated by the lake, and is well-kept and quiet. An excellent cafe/common area is located downstairs, and plenty of free bikes. The neighborhood is very quiet, with many places closing at 6 pm and the streets dark and empty by 9 pm. Shower facilities and bathrooms are excellent and the rooms are well ventilated. Would recommend it anytime!

非常棒的一次住宿! Wonderful time there!Great location with beautiful view of Mount Fuji through the lake. With the free bike you can ride around the Lake Kawaguchiko or go to see the art museums. The main spots are also nearby. Staffs are so nice! They're glad to help when you have problems or are in trouble. Clean rooms, good facilities, open balconies for you to see the MT Fuji in good days.I had a comfortable time staying here, highly recommend the place to enjoy your days in Kawaguchiko.Worth it!强推!

A great value for your money! Definitely would recommend to everyone. Super nice rooms and clean bathrooms. And free bikes!! Need I say more.

Amazing little homely backpackers kept in impeccable condition by the loveliest people we met in Japan. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Just down the street is a 7/11, Lawson, great Sashimi and Hoto noodles. Kohei in particular was an absolute gem.

It was quite a distance from the train station. But you get spectacular views. Free bike was a plus point as u can get to supermarket, eating places and nicer viewing points. The inn was next to beautiful stretch of cherry blossom parks. On clear days, you get a beautiful view of Mount Fuji just at your balcony. Bus stop at the back got me to Fuji Q highland conveniently, which was my intention. Good view, clean rooms and nice owner. You get the whole inn pretty much to yourself.

Great place, if you are lucky you get the dormitory with a balcony and th eview of Munt Fuji! The two owners are very nice and friendly people!

Very helpfull and nice staff and they can speak some english. The place was very clean. You did not walk inside with your shoes which made the place very clean and a good home feeling. The bus stop was 1 min away. You could borrow bikes which was good. I can really recomend this hostel.

The hostel is great value for money. It's a short walk from bus stop #16 that goes around Lake Kawaguchiko. You can see Mt Fuji from the room itself as well as a balcony area. Very clean and tidy place. Staff were good although not super friendly like most hostels in Japan, however, you get free bicycle rental to ride around the lake and if you want to get up at sunrise it's no problem to leave and come back early. Nice breakfast/common room area and tables outside to enjoy a cold beverage.

Den's Inn is so good ,Near nice location for mt. Fuji. Staffs is so nice. There are many bicycles for you guys to go around there.

Excellent accomodation. Biggest remark no lockers and doors of the rooms are not locked.

We like this hotel so much! The room and the beds are great. The staffs are attentive, helpful and friendly. Shared bathroom is clean and large, which made us feel comfortable. It also provides free parking. The location is also great, which is near Lake Kawaguchiko where you can see Mt.Fuji.
