we absolutely loved staying here. the staff were superb. nothing was too much trouble. the free tea, coffee, water and breakfast made a real difference the pool was good. we had hoped for sea views....from the photos it looks like the rooms look over the pool and sea. not sure any do..our apartment was over a main road. but....we spent so little time in our rooms and they were clean and well equipped...so it didn't matter. its fantastic value for money. we would go back.

I liked everything, but have a suggestion: instead of making swans of towels, you'd better clean up the floor in the dorms - it was very dirty! Thanks to all the staff - I LOVE THEM - funny guys, always willing to help.

Osama on the front desk is such an asset to Dahab Dorms. He will is very knowledgeable, and is happy to sort out any request you have for him. The dive center associated with Dahab Dorms has excellent dive masters/instructors that ensure fun and safe diving. Thanks for a great holiday!

More than a hostel it loks like a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, nice rooms with comfortable beds, free wifi and if you dive with them you don´t pay for your room. I absolutely reccommend it!!

This is the best value for money hostel in the world. Kind and helpful staff with Osama and Abdul on reception also my bed made every day what a luxury plus the pool. Big breakfast with tea coffee water internet available 24 hrs. Dahab is a joy please do not hesitate to come here it is safer than London Paris Rome Berlin New York plus the diving the sunshine and the friendly people. So what are you waiting for get yourself down here and enjoy this delightful and interesting hippy resort.

Modern. Well located in the fair ground Dahab is. Clean. Nice staff. Swimming pool. A lot of restaurants around. The toilet and showers are not excellent compared to European ones. But... great value for Egypt. The lockers in my doorm are wooden. Some not in perfect condition. The night lamp at my berth did not work. Hot water. I took my towel. Excellent place. Night games. Excellent. Definitely.

Beautiful premises, excellent breakfast included in the morning, great location right on the sea and near to good bars and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were a little bit questionable, but not terrible. Another downside, the female dorm room heats up like a sauna during the day thanks to the plentiful windows.

Still the best value in Dahab by a long shot, great breakfast and fantastic facilities. There are nice rooms around the back in a villa that are well worth considering especially if there are two of you or you can find someone to share. Bar is the centre of life in Dahab so can be quite lively at times.

Great hostel, probably the best I have stayed at. Owners are excellent people, location is fantastic, and the price cannot be beat.

Very nice hostel. We stayed in a double room which was very clean. The shower wasn't the best but it did the job. The staff was helpful enough but not particularly friendly or flexible. Free breakfast was nice and plentiful, pool area was lovely, location is smack in the middle of Dahab next to the beach. There seemed to be a crowd hanging out in the bar every night too if you're looking for some fun. All in all not 100% perfect but probably one of the best in Egypt. Definitely recommed it!

A very good place to stay. The dorm room was a little small, but the falcities were excellent, (Good Bar, Wi-Fi, Buffet Breakfast) and all at excellent value. The staff did a good job, but not very sociable. Still for a budget place to stay it is hard to beat. Would stay here again.

I stayed at Red Sea Relax Resort (Dahab Dorms) for 4 nights & it was a great experience! It is centrally located, hospitable people, very good complementary services on the house (WiFi, Internet at the reception, all-day coffee / tea, kayaks, breakfast) & a great travelers lounge! Must be about 100 yards from the most used dive site - Light House. They also offer reasonable laundry services. On the whole, a great place for a very economical price!

Outstanding location, you will meet the best people here, I travel alone and this place was perfect. Right on the water and within walking distance of anywhere you will need to go… shopping, diving, eating. Outstanding and helpful staff.

Good staff, good food, mediocre Wi-Fi, lack of lockers in room (broken). Difficult to sleep because of bar noise. Reasonable value for money.

Best hostel I've ever stayed in

Without doubt, the best hostel in a 3 week tour of Egypt. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Osama and Said do a fine job of managing the place & r both informative + helpful with Maintenance Mgr, Ehab, ensuring everything works. In the kitchen: Ahmed, Hany and Alaa serving up delicious meals around the clock. Cleaners Ali and Tahar not only keep the place spotless but also do the most impressive origami with your bath towels ranging from hearts to fish to swans. Tarek is the best bar manager/dj with smiling attendant Ahmed who both ensure that the party stays alive! Clarice from Oz.

Dahab dorms was cheap, clean, and very nice. It is in an great location, steps from restaurants and dive centers and and I only wish I had been there in the summer so I could have used their amazing pool facilities!
