Cheap, cheerful staff and nice location. Could easily pop back to the hotel when it got too hot/rained. Also more or less opposite the Sinh Tourist office which is handy if you use their buses. The first room we stayed in had two double beds although one was unusable as was crawling with ants. Second room was perfect. 16 dollars for two of us per night.

A nice little place to stay in whilst in Hoi An. The bedroom was clean and big enough, with a TV and ensuite. Staff were helpful in booking train tickets and were very efficient. 10 minute walk to the centre of Hoi An, some nice cheap restaurants outside and bicylce hire.

Staff were super helpful and kind with regards to arranging onward travel, tours and pick up. Room was clean (bathroom was a little moldy but would only bother those with allergies). Had the attic room which was cute, Mosquito nets great for leaving windows open,

Good location, staff were kindly, big rooms. Although the cleaning was a little poor. The worst thing was the fact that the beds only had a quilt for us to cover ourselves, and it already had been used by many other people, terrible. They should put sheets instead of the quilt

There were 2 receptionists 1 a lot more helpful than the other! We left our valuables in the desk safe which were well looked after! Good location could walk into main town within 10mins! Was a taxi or long bike ride to the beach but u either stay near the town or choose to stay outside n near to the beach! Had pickup from dong hoi which was brilliant. We were recommended kimmy Taylor's who were awesome! Overall a fine stay

We stayed longer than our initial booking. Great location! Can walk everywhere, short bike ride to the beaches. They recommended Kimmy's Tailor shop which we already researched, pricey shop but excellent quality. Hotel employees are very nice and helpful too. Would stay here again. Good value for money. Walking distance to Cafe 43, which I would highly recommend eating at! Cheap and delicious!

Right in the heart of town you can walk everywhere from here but it's more a hotel than hostel. No common room, etc. Staff recommended doing a morning bus to Hanoi with a 5hr stopover in hue so we could check it out and it was an excellent idea.

An extremely friendly family run hotel. It is not the best place to meet fellow travellers but it is in an excellent location and the owners can provide you some top quality recommendations.

We stayed in a 3-bed room. The bathroom was big, so no shower water went over the toilet (classic Asia). They provided shampoo, shower gel, and basic toothbrushes with toothpaste. There were 3 computers to use, but 1 was broken, as was the norm throughout southeast Asian hostels. There was no free breakfast available, but we found an awesome cafe with eggs, bacon, toast, a fried tomato, and a delicious banana yoghurt smoothie for a good price.

A good or decent hotel. Clean big private room. Good basic facilities. No safe or lockers. No breakfast. Not a very enthuastic service, wanted to sell just the hotels own tours etc. No parties here, but if you appreciate quietness, good for that. Worth the price.

Clean and friendly. As opposed to some other places we stayed (in Hoi An also), we felt safe and relaxed here. Wifi worked in the rooms too.

The reception looks a little tired, but the room was freshly painted. Slight mis match in furniture and no daily room keeping. But it wasn't neccessary. Only comment in Vietnam you tend to leave your key at the front desk when out. There was often no staff presence so even though Hoi An feels crime free you may worry about security. We kept our key with us and didn't feel unsafe leaving possesions in the room. If you travel with Sinh cafe this hotel is on the other side of the road!
