We stayed in a 3-bed room. The bathroom was big, so no shower water went over the toilet (classic Asia). They provided shampoo, shower gel, and basic toothbrushes with toothpaste. There were 3 computers to use, but 1 was broken, as was the norm throughout southeast Asian hostels. There was no free breakfast available, but we found an awesome cafe with eggs, bacon, toast, a fried tomato, and a delicious banana yoghurt smoothie for a good price.

A good or decent hotel. Clean big private room. Good basic facilities. No safe or lockers. No breakfast. Not a very enthuastic service, wanted to sell just the hotels own tours etc. No parties here, but if you appreciate quietness, good for that. Worth the price.

Clean and friendly. As opposed to some other places we stayed (in Hoi An also), we felt safe and relaxed here. Wifi worked in the rooms too.

It was OK

The reception looks a little tired, but the room was freshly painted. Slight mis match in furniture and no daily room keeping. But it wasn't neccessary. Only comment in Vietnam you tend to leave your key at the front desk when out. There was often no staff presence so even though Hoi An feels crime free you may worry about security. We kept our key with us and didn't feel unsafe leaving possesions in the room. If you travel with Sinh cafe this hotel is on the other side of the road!

Average place in a good location. Staff were friendly until we declined booking a flight through them - then became abrupt. Not a bad place for a night or two.

The trip to My Son they recommended was not worht the money. The cooking lessons were instead very good.

We had an excellent stay at Dia Long. It was within easy walking distance of old town and in a very quiet area. The beds were good but the water pressure for the shower was like a drizzle. The employees were accommodating and helpful. My only complaint is that they turned off the wifi at around 10pm and didn't turn it back on until 8am which made it sometimes hard to communicate with people overseas because of the time difference. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

We had a very nice room and the staff was great. Nothing to complain about and I would highly recommend this place.

Had the best night's sleep of our trip so far in the Dai Long hotel. The room was a good size, very clean and had a mosquito net over the bed, area is quiet (although on Friday night there's a karaoke bar over the road that is impressively loud but it shuts up at about 10.30/11pm) and near some great little restaurants (Cafe 43, Sun Shine etc) on Tran Cao Van. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

All in all, our stay was fine, no complaints. The rooms were clean and we had all we needed. But compared to other hostels I stayed in Vietnam, I felt that the staff didn't really care about us, they were rather uninterested and the atmosphere was not very special. However, that's just a slight critique, I can recommend to stay in this hostel.

The hostel is just on the other side of the road - opposite to TheSinhTourist office, where their open buses come and go. The receptionist speaks good English and answers eMail on time. The room is clean and worth the money. The hostel is also not far away from Hoi An center.

Perfectly comfortable hotel stay. Our room was large though a little dark. The superior double had a lot more windows. The staff were friendly. Located near Kimmy's tailor, which I highly recommend!

Good spacious rooms. Could be cleaner, but nothing we couldn't cope with. Staff is passive, but when asked very friendly. Location good. Basic facilities.
