Such an amazing atmosphere, a true home from home. The family who own it are ridiculously welcoming
nice family vibe and the 'mama' is truly a character that will make you feel very welcome (maybe it's well played I dont know..) Unfortunately are the showers and the rooms are way to small and a bit dirty. it's a perfect place to meet new people but the facilities could be better..
Momma really makes this place. Her dinners and drinks are amazing. She makes the hostel into a real family atmosphere with family dinners and the rest of the staff is really helpful too. Aside from that the actually hostel itself is OK. I had a private room and our beds were just on the floor. The dorms seemed to be just mattress after mattress on the floor as well. Overall, I would stay there again.
Best hostel we've stayed in so far, facilities could be better but the staff completely made up for it. They had no rooms available the night we arrived but fed us and then sorted out accommodation for us and paid for our taxi there. Never felt so welcome and at home, thank you Muma!

Great staff and good hostel if you are social person
Great hostel with great people. Tight quarters but no regrets. Dalat is epic, rent a bike from the hostel to see it and the area around. Great parking if you do own a bike.
Best hostel in South East Asia with the best staff, thank you for having us xxx

Absolutely amazing staff and atmosphere, while the facilities are definitely lacking I'd still recommend a stay here just for the experience.
One of, if not best hostel i have stayed at! The staff is so amazing and welcoming. Mama is always hugging you and feeding you loads of delicious food, literally the food never stops! Very quaint hostel with many guest so you meet new people every night. Amazing place. Must stay while in Da Lat!
The friendliest, kind and sharing hostel owners I have ever encountered. On arrival Mama (owner) gave me a big hug and plate of food for lunch and in return I helped her make a big plate of spring rolls for dinner that evening. Everyone in the hostel likes to eat the yummy dinner that Mama prepares together for 42,000 each (optional). The beds are super comfy and close together so it kind of feels like a slumber party. The bathrooms are average but are what you'd expect of a home stay. Loved it
This is more than a hostel it's about the experience, the atmosphere and the people. The hostel itself is nothing to write home about but I'd recommend it. We had a great time.
It was a great experience, wonderful family feel especially at dinner. The canyoning trip organised by the hostel was amazing too! However, it was not very clean and beds are extremely close together.
This place is so so special . By far my favourite place to stay on my travels in South east Asia. Any home sickness you may have whilst travelling will soon dissapear here as you really are made to feel so welcome and loved . This hostel has humble beginnings and the family who run it deserve every guest they get. All the Dalat family want you to do is be happy here , and every single person here was made to feel happy I am 1000% sure of that. Cannot recommend enough ! I love you family !
The best place to have a good time in Dalat. The family is lovely, daily dinner with the family and all the other backpackers made by Mama, Party by night with crazy Anny. But when you prefer a quite place with privacy look for other acommodation
This place is weird! The facilities are terrible and the 'family' over compensate by being over the top to distract you from the terrible beds, dirty bathrooms and rubbish location. That said, I had fun going canyoning as a big group, other that that there were zero positives.
First I have to say that Anni and her family are the sweetest people we've met while backpacking! The take great care of their guests and it really feels like a little travler family. We enjoyed our stay at Dalat family but it was really unfortunate that we had several hundred dollars stolen from our bag. (Lockers were full in our room so I had to hid my $ in my bag). Anni was so sweet and offered to help in any way she could. A lesson learned tho, so lock up your stuff! Anyways, we'd stay again
The place is runned by a Vietnamese family, mainly the girls and the "Mama". It has an amazing family ambient, the family dinner served everyday is amazing with everyone sitted around the table. The breakfast next door is OK. Nice place overall, would stay again!
You stay here for the experience, it's Definitely a welcoming environment and run by a lovely family. You will meet great people too. Only downside is that the rooms are in desperate need of lockers and it can sometimes be a little overwhelming!
