Property Information:
Starting from a small woolen house in Kangding County in thewest of SiChuan in July 17, 2006, Dengba Hostel has, since then, become a platform through which the backpackers, the riders and the hikers can rest themselves and interact with each other. Dengba hostel helps many Tibetan young people develop themselves. Dali Dengba hostel is the eighteenth Deng Ba hostel in China. We will try our best to make guests a nice stay in Dali.
The hostel provides free bicycle tour on Monday, shared cooking on Friday (guests can learn how to cook Chinese dishes) and movie night on Sunday
There are private rooms and dorms with separated bathroom and 24hr hot water. Free wifi in rooms & computer in common area.

Latest Review
We booked Dengba simply because it was 25RMB for one night. We got exactly what we paid for. However, three of our friends also booked there, and they were charged 50RMB a night. The shower is positioned directly over the toilets, which weren't cleaned well while we were there. However, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful, though though misquoted bus prices for us, which resulted in a 12 hour trek back to Kunming instead of 4.5 hours. There are better hostels in the area.
