This propoerty is away from the center of things in Dallas. If you are driving in, (like me) its not such a problem. Unlike other hostels, management is not always present. I would call ahead to make sure management is present on arrival. Management was very friendly.

I was afraid to stay at the place since the area was a little iffy and I didn't feel safe. The neighborhood seems rough. The guy who manage the place and showed the unit was really friendly and easy to contact, however and the place was clean.
