I was there for 3 days and the room was never cleaned...the houskeeper arrived one day while I was at the room and he only took the trash away and looked into the shower, but never cleaned anything...

Me parecio excelente la ubicacion te queda cerca todo, en cuanto a limpieza esta bien, la señal de internet es muy buena y se goza de buen ambiente, como puntos malos encuentro solo 2 cosas, la numero uno es la seguridad, y la segunda es el tipo de recepcion de las noches es un ogro por no llamarlo de otra manera. de ahi en fuera esta bueno el hostal.

We have been 33 days in Europe,passing and staying in at least 8 hostels.Damrak Inn was the whorst hostel we saw.The price is absurd,for what the hostel offer to the guests.There is a oriental girl(the blond one in the afternoon) who is a disaster:she ignores the guests,dont` answer any questions,dont give correct informations,and other bad things.The other girl is a very good person and also the boy I saw few times.I hated the hostel and instead the good location,it`s an horror. Stairs were a bit tricky after a night out, other than that perfect location....

Damrak Inn has no character and I was just lucky that the other people in my dorm were so friendly otherwise there would be no chance to meet anybody. The bathroom was clean but there was a mouse in our dorm room. The hostel is within walking distance of most of the major attraction and it's really close to central station. Would recommend looking around for a better place.

I stayed in a private room, which was in the 4th floor. Stairs are very steep and no elevator is available. If your bag is big, you'll have a hard time going up. Anyways, it's a good hostel, clean and with an excellent location (beside the Red Light District and walking distance from the Central Station).

The Damrak Inn was very clean and tidy, with friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned each morning to a good standard. Everything you need from coffee shops to restaurants and bars are only a stones through away. Would definitely stay there again. The hostel does take its own deposit which I was unaware of so if you book beware that the hostelworld deposit will not be the only deposit you pay.

Damrak inn is perfect for travelers who have to catch an early morning train / flight because it is so close to the trainstation. It was clean and the desk worker was helpful, even offering to knock on our door as a 'manual wake up call.' Lots of stairs, so I guess I wouldn't recommend it if mobility is an issue... My fiance and I had a nice private room that was very quite, and clean. No view whatsoever, but that didn't bother us.

It was really hard to find a place on dec 29th for the next day, but we went there for a reasonable price, and it was nice for a hostel in the centrum, The location is the most brilliant plus for this hostel.

The staff wasn't as fun as the other hostels I've stayed at (London, various spots in Italy), but at least they weren't rude or anything. The place provides everything you need such as wifi in the rooms, baths in the rooms, heavy duty secured locks. The location is quite ideal, neighboring damrak square and the coffeeshop district along with another fun district to walk through. The only bad thing I can think of is the narrow hallways and low ceilings in the hallway. Besides that, good place.

Great location, was a bit pricey but that was to be expected during time around New Year's Eve.
