Good price, good staff, great location. By no means luxury but did the job for a few friends for two nights and at that price you can't complain.

When checking in I was upgraded to a 2-bed private at no extra charge. This was great service and highly unexpected.

My friend and I were afraid to sleep.

The toilet didn´t have a fun so it could be smelly and after shower due to condensation every surface was wet. There was no place to leave your staff. Lights close to the bed would have been nice also. Apart from that everything was very good.

Great location! We were just sleeping there so we were expecting anything too fancy. I had a great time!

The location and availablity of WIFI were the two deciding factors for me when choosing a hostel in Amsterdam. I was more than happy with the very central location of Damrak Inn however the advertised WIFI was not working when we arrived early on Saturday morning, when I enquired we were told someone would be fixing it within 48 hours (this seemes a little long to me but I left it at that) and to my disappointment when we checked out the following Tuesday evening the WIFI was still not fixed.

Location is good, staff was nice and our 6-bed room had our own bathroom. Also, they provide you with soap and shampoo. ^_^

The hostel has down graded my stay to 8ppl dorm but I still need charging me for double of the room rate. I also lost my iPad during stay. Noted that their registration for walk in guest was poor, no contact and address Infor.

Very helpful staff, all rooms are quite small even the 8 person room.

It was quite expensive as a collee student looking for a cheap hostel. But I loved the location.

The room was too small to expectation also its more expensive than other hostels which have same issues
