Our booking wasn't guaranteed, we turned up late at night and the hostel was fully booked, leaving us to sleep on the streets. The owner admitted to problems with this website and it having happened previously. Very poor considering we paid a deposit to secure a room. Not at all what you want after a 19hour flight. It also said it was in Kuta. It is not.

Thank you very much sir for your post comment . Its happen last year i remember we found an other hotel for you but located on main street as first i told you in that 5 am . I was guess you not come to our place after midht night no info from you well we have doing responsible to your booking as finding other hotel if that hotel not comfortable for you aim the man who responsible for Dana Guesthouse Bali wish you very sorry and please apologize for the mistake i have done . Never happen again!

Even though the review didn't calculate my review to be 100% , the staff were sooo good I can't even describe it. The airport lost my bags, at Kadek, the guy who works at night stayed up till 4 in the morning and slept on the floor to wait for my bags, which didn't come till the next day. If that's not impressive customer service I don't know what is......

Our rooms were comfy, the staff was really nice, and their breakfasts were simple but great. We booked their deal which included daily transportation, so although their location is pretty hard to get to, we didn't have a hard time getting around. And Putu (the manager) was our tour guide, driver and friend. He made our Bali trip one of the best experiences we've had, we couldn't ask for more. Putu is excellent at helping figure out your next plans and to do it on the cheaper side. The staff boys are very friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is watermelon, pancakes and eggs with coffee or tea. The guesthouse is NOT in Kuta but in Kerabokan which isn't a bad thing. Close to resturants far enough from loud roads. Good place to catch up on sleep from jet lag. Worth the money just for Putu's advice.
