We were four people who spent 2 nights in a renovated old beduin house with very special design and atmosphere. The food was rich and tasty, service friendly and informal. We were guided through the old beduin gardens and orchards, learning about culture, habits ,nature, and saw many plant, animals and birds. A very special experience, and very different fron ordinary tourist experieces in Jordan.

We have had a great stay at Dana. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need. It is a great place to meet other travellers ans locals and walk around in the valley and nature reserve.

The hotel is very nice and closed to the Dana reserve, perfect place to stay before or after some hiking in the natural reserve. The diner is great: traditional local food, very cheap (only 5JD/person). And a small breakfast is also included with eggs, houmous, jordan bread and marmelade, tea. The rooms are very simple but clean and shower has hot water. The atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. Be careful, the village is not easily accessible: you'll need a car, no transportation available
