The room was specious and clean and had an access to the shared balcony. The bed was a bit too short for my boyfriend and the pillows a bit too hard to comfortably fall asleep. The breakfast was delicious. The staff lacked communication between each other which caused confusion a few times. The location of this place is really pretty bad, unless the weather is nice for walking you need to rent a scooter or take a taxi. Didn't wash our laundry properly.
The staff was kind but not used to foreigners so it was hard to communicate. They gave us our free breakfast anytime we wanted. We thought we missed it and came down at 12pm and they insisted that we had it which was really nice. Bad location as was a 20 min Walk to anything in the city. Which doesn't sound far but there's lots of hills. Quite expensive laundry and one item of clothing was covered in pink dye.
Staying at this place was probably the nicest experience I had in all of Vietnam. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have a good time. Rooms are clean, cozy and well-equipped and the included breakfast is actually really worth it at this place. Though the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the city center, you will find plenty of food stalls just around the corner due to it's vicinity to the university.
