The taxi driver didn't find the place and even the phone number wasn't working. It was 10 pm, we were two girls and the taxi driver wanted to leave us in a dark street anywhere in Delhi. Was really bad!

communication was unclear all along through email. They never pick us up at airport because of someone was sick or email was not in order. Taxi never found the place.

Dandoo Holiday Home is exactly what you need when the hustle and bustle of delhi gets too much, the staff are warm and helpful, the rooms are clean and airy and overall it just has a wonderfully relaxed pleasent atmosphere

The Dandoo Holidaz isn't a Hostel/Hotel it is a company who check to any Hotels so guys watch out. You have to pay the Deposit for Hostelworld and in addition the Hotel price. This site sucks, look for Hotels by yourself and don't book via Hostelworld!!!!!!

I was really tired when i reached the airport in Delhi so it was great having someone come and meet me at the airport. It was totally hassel free. Good location as you do not get bothered by people. Really lovely staff who went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We also had a great time with there Travel desk named as Indian Tourism Information .we would not have been done all this by ourselfs with all the scames in delhi but these guys made it so easy and worthfull for us , We will ...More

Same scam as mentioned below and in Lonely Planet, the good reviews are obviously written by them bcos this place doesn't exist, its a tour agency that sends you to any hotel. However, hotel was fine, not like photo, but clean and with AC. Karol Bagh is not quite in centre, need tuk tuk. They badger you every day to book a tour with them, but stay strong and do your own thing! Delhi is hardcore, don't believe anything anyone says, read guide thoroughly to protect yourself from all the scams.

transfer from the airport was very good (don\'t forget to send hostel your flight details (including flight number) for pick up). Hostel is owned by very nice and trustworthy family and there are possibilities to book trips and excursions to other parts of India with them.
