Its hosteling at an industrial level, staff were helpful, there just wasn't enough of them there to cope with the numbers. This ment a person had to que for long periods.

The location is excellent, the room is great too and also the security. But you should bring your sheets and don't pay with card. Take money with you.
It is a little bit expensive, but the cost-benefit ratio is good.

My only real issue here was 8 people to a room with one bathroom - making it very hard to use the bathroom (I often waited 45-60 minutes) and sleep. The bathroom light is motion-censored and can't be turned off, and the light pours into the room through a large slit under the door. Sounds minor, I know, but this all resulted in about 5 hours of sleep a night. Community bathrooms! The staff was excellent: very helpful, nice and quick to sort things out. Internet is cheaper at the station. My only real issue here was 8 people to a room with one bathroom - making it very hard to use the bathroom (I often waited 45-60 minutes) and sleep. Really clean huge hostel (something like 20 floors of 12+ rooms per floor). This place is modre like a cheap hotel by its size. The morning breakfast for 69 kroners is pretty delicious. Security is A++ keycards for everything including elevators. Lockers for everyone in the room. Location is eh eh...about 15 minutes from downtown Copenhagen. Not so great if you want to meet people, the \"hang out\" area is like a huge hotel lobby. When you arrive they tell you that there are specials fees for everything!(for us we had to pay the double)Those guys are specials fees pro!
