My room was not cleaned from the Saturday night till the sunday night. The bathroom stank and the lights were not changed when requested as 2 lights were out in the room. The staff were not helpful with simple tourist questions I have stayed at over 80 hostels in my life and this was not a 5 star hostel maybe trying in look but not in quality. I was very disappointed.

the room and the spaces (except for the basement) are great. it's crazy that u have to pay for internet in a 5 star hostel like this. Non sense.

Was an ok place to stay. The bedding fees are ridiculous though.

This is a great hostel fantastic location, new and modern, clean and the staff were very friendly. Our bathroom was huge. Don't believe all the bad reviews!Yes you do have to pay to hire bed linen but this includes bed sheet, quilt cover, pillow case and towel. The Hostel provides a pillow and quilt. This is also stated on your booking so those of you complaining read the fine print. They also have a room to store bags this is new for a small fee which is half the price of central station.

They Made you pay more than the internet price, because the price they show in internet is only if you have an hostel card or something...

Another big chain-type hostel, but staff were amazing. I had some issues with my credit-cards, and the staff went far beyond their call of duty - i will be forever grateful to them, and they really made my trip to copenhagen. Location is wicked, close to everything. Would stay again.

There are MANY hidden fees when staying at this hostel. Copenhagen is already a relatively expensive city, and the price you think you are getting here is far from what you actually end up paying. Be careful.

More like a massive hotel. Multi story, so watch out on weekends if you\'re checking in, the whole building is served by only 2 people at most at the reception so expect to wait. Given the price of the rooms, you\'d expect at least free wireless or linen or a decently equipped kitchen..but you will get none! Kitchen was crap and often ppl wouldn\'t clean up after themselves. For wireless internet, go to McDonalds!!! Unfortunately this seems the best budget option out of everything in Copenhagen...More

Its hosteling at an industrial level, staff were helpful, there just wasn't enough of them there to cope with the numbers. This ment a person had to que for long periods. Rooms were clean and security good. No character though, very good location.
