Good location, fiendly staff but that's it with positive aspects. For the money paid you get only the room itself. Everything you normally expect to be included (even linen!) cost extra. A huge list of you-are-not-allowed-to's round off the poor character. No mini-bar in the rooms, but you are not allowed to bring your own food. Rediculous.

Our start wasn't great, we checked in and tried to pay cash with Danish Krone. We were really struggling with the money and sorting it. The guy at reception made no effort to help us, just sat there and was really rude! We got to our room to find cigarettes everywhere and a girl smoking. A few hours later we got moved to another room because of this. Rest of the stay was good, clean rooms but more like a hotel than hostel, not very social and the bar was closed at 10pm on Saturday night?!

We booked this hostel thinking it was a youth hostel, but it wasn't. We stayed in a female dorm with 6 beds, and all of the women who stayed there with us were at least 50. It was fine, but it just wasn't what we were expecting. The breakfast was expensive and lacking. There were old drunk men wandering around the basement and it lacked a comfortable seating area. We didn't particularly enjoy hanging out there because everyone was so much older than us, but it was a really nice place to stay.

A lot of hidden costs-the most expensive hostel I've ever been to. Great doublebed- room with an amazing view though!

A very nice hostel but far too many expensive add ons. Extra money for bedsheets, extra money for hostel membership, even extra money for baggage storage!

The working staff was so unfriendly, it made me leave the hostel as soon as possible. For sure I will never visit it again!

Personnel inside the Hostel was completely rude towards us, they had no interest in helping the customer and they charged extra for everything, there was no soap on the bathroom, kitchen freezer was full, People disturbed. The MAJOR problem will be the rudeness of the people in charge, I am really disappointed that the biggest hostel in Europe has been the worst I had ever stayed.
