I really loved my stay in danny's house! The best place to stay in Florence!!! I want to stay there again!

The entrance to Dany House was a little sketchy since it's under construction, but past first appearances, my friends and I had a great stay there. The staff is incredibly nice and offered us wine from his father's home as soon as we walked in the door. It's a very small hostel, but definitely worth it!

FrFHad a great stay here. Jonathan texted me to check I was ok for my arrival time and then met me at the door- it was a hot day and he sat me down with some juice and a snack before sorting out payment and showing me a map of where to go. Really nice guy! He also upgraded my room and I shared a private with another person instead of a dorm because there happened to be space. Free wine in the evening and a great atmosphere - one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in by far. Thankyou!

Great little hostel just outside the centre of Florence. It's about a 15 min easy walk right into town. Jonathon and Clifford are great hosts, very accommodating. There was free wine every night which was delicious. Clean facilities and spacious rooms. No lockers but you don't feel like you need them at Dany house. Great stay! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! Guys, if you are looking for a place to stay, dont think anymore! This is the best home for everyone! Jonathon gave me a warm welcome when i first arrive. He even prepared some cakes and juice for me while im waiting to check-in. And dont miss out the party! They have free wine and we can chill together in the common room during the evening. Clifford even prepare dinner for us without any extra charges! This is the best guesthouse i ever stayed, or i should call it home?

The hostel is quite small and everybody comes to the common room for the wine from Jonathan's vineyard. It's an awesome way to meet everyone and last time he also cooked up something special. Great atmosphere, awesome place

This hostel is truly amazing. As a female traveling alone, I was a little worried about being by myself, but Jonathan does an amazing job a making sure that everyone is comfortable and happy. He is an amazing host and makes the Dany House extra special. I really enjoyed my time at this hostel and look forward to coming back again.

Dany House is a very unique place that you will come across only once in your travels.

It was a lovely hostel with wonderful people running it! They always say they want to treat you like family and it's true! Jonathan gave us a map and outlined every single important place, we followed his directions and practically had a free walking tour with no guide. There are also free welcome drinks and a snack party at night to help you get to know the other residents. The rooms were clean and open with quirky decorations, I recommend the purple room. I would love to come back again!

It was the best hostel we stayed at during our trip in Italy. Though it was not really close to the main city attractions, it was walking distance ( about 15 minutes). The owner and staff are really kind, helpfulll and friendly. When we got there, the owner gave us a complete review of the places we should visit with map directions, as well as many tips for enjoying while saving money. They also invite guests for a glass of wine every night so people can meet and new friends are made.

I would recommend DanyHouse for many reasons, but the most important is the kindness of the amazing staff! They welcomed us, gave some tips about what to visit and where to go, made us feel like family! The hostel is small, but this is why it's so cozy. Two perfect days in Florence!

Really great place, indeed like a second home. Felt very welcomed there and if ever visiting Florence again, I would not stay anywhere but Dany House.

The hostel was overbooked and they moved me to another hostel. This was obviously an inconvenience given that I didn't like the hostel where they moved me to and it wasted part of my short stay in Florence. At the new hostel, there were others that were also moved from DanyHouse due to overbooking. Apparently this is not the first time that it's happened, and it's actually happened numerous times in the past. However, the DanyHouse seemed really cool and it's unfortunate I wasn't able to stay.

Best hostel I've ever been to!! They were so welcoming and just all around great people. DJ Cliff for life!!!! Very clean and very small which made it a great place to meet people. We had a feast with loads of wine evey night I was there! Pretty good location, 10-15 minute walk to the duomo, but hey! It's nice to walk and wander around in Firenze. I also felt very safe in this hostel! I highly recommend!

The best hostel i´ve ever been! The staff makes you feel at home, and helps everybody met other people. I had a great time. I loved florence. If i can come back some day, definitely, i'll stay at dany house! ciao
